In order to assist you better, we have listed some of our customers most asked questions and concerns.
1. Are my transactions secure?
Yes, all orders are secure. We use an encryption system so that any information given will be 100 percent secure. All online transactions at Slumberscene are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then it is decoded when it gets to us.
2. Does the $7.95 flat rate shipping fee cover multiple products?
The low rate of $7.95 per order covers most orders up to 20 pounds for any number of products.
3. Do you ship to APO’s and Puerto Rico?
Yes, for an additional charge. If you desire shipping to APO’s or Puerto Rico, please make your request to us via email to sales@slumberscene.com. We will notify you of the extra charges to include in your payment.
We are only able to ship to the continental United States, APO’s and Puerto Rico. We apologize that we are not able to ship internationally at this time.
4. Do you ever ship expedited orders such as 2-Day Air, and 3-Day Select?
Generally we do not ship expedited orders. However, during daytime business hours Monday – Friday, we might make exceptions. We will overnight orders if we receive the order before noon EST. Charges for expedited shipping are according to individual item weight, package dimensions and destination. If you desire expedited shipping, please make your request to us via email to sales@slumberscene.com. We will notify you of any other possible means of shipping and any extra charges to include in your payment.
5. How long before I receive my shipment?
Total time from date of order to you receiving your shipment is approximately 5 to 7 business days. We usually ship in-stock orders within 24 - 48 hours after receiving them during daytime business hours, Monday - Friday. Orders are usually in stock, with a few occasional exceptions.
6. What is your return policy?
If an item you receive isn't what you had hoped for, you may return it for a refund within 14 days provided that it is still in like new condition and is in its original unopened packaging. Due to Federal health regulations, we cannot accept any items in opened packaging. If you need to return your purchase, please contact us at sales@slumberscene.com. Be sure to reference the purchase date and invoice/packing slip number. We will then email you instructions on how to proceed with your return. Sorry, but returns are mailed or shipped at your expense.
7. How long is the life of a pillow?
A well constructed pillow like those you find at Slumber Scene will last at least 10 years. While we cannot place such a guarantee on every pillow, with proper care, superior pillows like ours are durable and extremely long lasting. Most pillows should be hand washed and air dryed. Fiber pillows can be tumbled in a dryer between washes every now and then to prevent mites.
